For all sessions

Please understand that therapists and EAPD Coaches only get paid when they deliver a service . . . missed appointments are costly and prohibits other clients and learners from being catered to. A cancellation fee will apply with less than 24 hours notice to cancel a booked appointment or from the day before Wanda will leave home to work based out of another location. A miss fee will apply for failing to attend a booked session without cancellation. The session cancellation charge will be ½ of the scheduled session fee and the missed session charge will be the full scheduled session fee. The full fuel mileage fee (estimate or actual if known) will also be added if applicable. The total will be invoiced, sent via email and payable immediately. Equine Assisted Personal Development sessions will use the booking fee as full or partial payment should the policy come into affect. Please note that insurance coverage for RMT services does not cover either of these fees.
